Thank you for choosing The Lone Daffodil. As a small business dedicated to sustainable, natural practices, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order.
1. Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase.
Made-to-Order / Pre-Order Items: Because many of our pieces (like The Lisbon Pant) are crafted with intention, please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your item ships. You will receive an email notification the moment your order is on its way.
Note: If you order a ready-to-ship item alongside a made-to-order item, your entire order will ship once the made-to-order item is ready.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship primarily via USPS from our studio in Tampa, FL.

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
3. Sustainability in Packaging
We strive to keep our footprint light. Your order will be shipped in 100% compostable mailers or recycled materials. We avoid single-use plastics whenever possible.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.

Shipping times: Generally 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The Lone Daffodil is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
The Lone Daffodil is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We recommend upgrading to "Signature Required" shipping if you live in an area where package theft is common.
